ARCHS' St. Louis Alliance for Reentry (STAR) will host a special presentation on the Fundamentals of Human Trafficking on Wed., Sept. 20. The training will provide an overview of human trafficking and how it begins, the trafficker, and the buyers. It will further cover indicators of human trafficking, the victim centered approach, and how the multi-disciplines must work together. Most importantly, the presentation will cover resources for working with human trafficking victims. Featured speaker will be Corporal Kimberly Davis, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Division of Drug & Crime Control, Human Trafficking Coordinator. Only 80 registration slots are available.
